In spaces smaller, you should try not to have so much. Stay with stove, refrigerator and sink within 6 feet (2 m) between them.

The size of your dining room is the most important variable that affects your organization. If you have a large space, placed the table in the center of the room, preferably below a lighting device. This creates space around the table and walls to be used with accessories and other pieces. Install a shelf in a corner for dining essentials like napkins and plates. On the opposite wall, if you have enough space, try hanging two large mirrors next to each other on the wall. Mirrors open spaces and create an open atmosphere indoors.

If you have a dining room, but a kitchen where you eat, consider placing a bank built on one of the walls. The banks do not take up much space under windows and can provide additional places. You can place the table in front of the bank to create an attractive design. Add accessories like original light fixtures and mirrors to create a dramatic effect. Some homes have corners for breakfast or areas where you can create spaces for more informal dining.
